TRA 2154 - Introduction to Supply Chain Management 3 credits | Offered: Fall, Spring This course provides a general knowledge of Supply Chain Management and the associated functions necessary for delivery of goods and services to customers. The course will focus on what employees and managers must do to ensure an effective supply chain exists in their organization. Students will be introduced to the following topics: overview of SCM functions such as order processing, transportation, warehousing, purchasing and inventory, E-Commerce, information flow and customer service.
