SUR 2533 - Introduction to GPS

3 credits
Introduction to Geographical Position System (GPS) with emphasis on its application to agriculture. Basic hardware and software applications will be used to download satellite data into a handheld receiver; transfer data from the handheld into the personal computer; draw maps and produce reports.
