REA 0007 - Principles of Reading I 3 credits
Prerequisite(s): PERT score of 50-83 or other appropriate college entrance test score.
Corequisite(s): SLS 1101
This course focuses on development of student proficiency in reading skills and critical thinking. Graduation to REA 0017 Principles of Reading II is contingent upon passing this class with a C or better. This course includes mandatory one hour per week in the Collegewide Learning Lab. Lab fee.
