PHT 1004 - Introduction to Physical Therapy 3 credits, 60 contact hours of lecture
Prerequisite(s): Permission of instructor
Provides as a prerequisite and a dual enrollment course, an overview of the physical therapy profession and a basic understanding of the theory and clinical skills necessary to function in the field of physical therapy in a variety of rehabilitation settings. This course is designed to effectively engage the student in an active interest in the profession of physical therapy.
