NUR 2801C - LPN-RN Transition to Professional Nursing Practice

College Credits: 4
Prerequisite(s): NUR 2412C  with a grade of C or better.
Pre/Corequisite(s): HUM 2020  or PHI 2010  with a grade of C or better
This course focuses transitioning of LPNs, paramedics and other health care providers on concepts, principles, and theories of leadership, management, role development and administration in a variety of culturally diverse health care delivery systems. It is designed to develop beginning leadership skills for the associate degree nursing students that are necessary to manage clients and health care workers.  Lab Fee: 275.25
