Fundamentals of gaining access to and disentangling victims from a vehicle, emphasizing protection of the victim and rescuer. Includes use of available rescue tools, “packaging” patients to protect against possible spinal injuries, and makes use of mock scenes and “junk” cars. Lab Fee: 96
