PMT 0071C - Welding II 210 clock hours, 7 occupational credits
(2 lecture occupational credit hours, 5 lab occupational credit hours)
Prerequisite(s): PMT 0070C
After successful completion of this course, students will be able to apply basic shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) skills, demonstrate and apply carbon arc gouging (GAC) principles and practices, apply visual examination skills, and create a product using carbon arc gouging (GAC) and basic shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) principles and practices. Lab fee.
