3 credits Prerequisite(s):REA 0017 and ENC 0025 with a grade of C or better or ENC 0027C with a grade of C or better or score out on appropriate placement test and OST 1101 with a C or better. This course provides the student with the necessary skills required for machine transcription. In addition, the student will learn to become proficient in writing, listening, and proofreading for grammar and spelling errors.
