CJK 0351 - Law Enforcement Cross-over to Correctional Procedures 14 clock hours, .47 occupational credits
At the end of this course, students should be able to understand the classification process for placing inmates in appropriate housing areas, know inmate security levels, understand the process for releasing an inmate, explain how to check for any outstanding holds or detainers on an inmate, and identify standard procedures and equipment used when responding to emergencies.
