MAN 4162 - Customer Relations for Managers

Prerequisite(s): MAR 3023  
This course focuses on relationship building for all customers of an organization. Discussions include the impact of culture and diversity on business relationships, successful negotiation strategies, and promotion of the organization through media relations. Emphasis is placed on the manager’s role in improving customer relationships by creating a customer-focused organizational climate.
