The Nail Specialty Certificate program provides the student with the skills and techniques needed to become a Florida licensed Nail Specialist. Must pass course with C or better. To be considered for this course a student must: - be at least 16 years old and either a high school graduate or have a GED certificate, or be a non-high school graduate who has been out of high school at least six months.
