MAN 4301 - Human Resources Management

College Credits: 3
Prerequisite(s): MAN 3025  and MAN 2300  with a grade of C or better
This course is a study of all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, selection, retention, turnover, benefits and compensation, performance, training and development, policies, and procedures. The curriculum provides a study of employment law, labor relations, and employee relations.
