MAN 3240 - Organizational BehaviorCollege Credits: 3 This course provides a study of individual and group behavior in organizations. Students develop skills and methods relating to effective organization management. Course content includes the importance of group motivation and group dynamics, conflict resolution, goal setting and rewards, effective job design, and factors related to work stress, power, and politics. Discussion also explores organizational change and development for managing a successful organization.
