Required Grade: Pass with a C or better This course offers an overview on an intermediate level of coding principles, characteristics and conventions of coding using the Physicians Current Procedure Terminology (CPT) coding nomenclature. This course is an intermediate course that focuses on administrative responsibilities within Health Information Technology. Students must attain a minimum grade of C in all required courses.
