CET 1610C - Routing and Switching Essentials 3 credits Prerequisite(s): CET 1600C This is the second of four semester courses designed to provide students with classroom and laboratory experience in current and emerging networking technology that will empower them to enter employment or further education and training in the computer-networking field. The course covers beginning router configurations; routed and routing protocols; and an introduction to LAN switching. This is the second of a four-part series designed to prepare students for the CISCO Certified Networking Associate Exam (CCNA).
